Update
Dear Customer, We have identified that the recent restarts of some network devices were caused by faulty Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Our team is currently in the process of replacing the affected units to restore full operational stability. A detailed root cause analysis will be conducted at a later stage to ensure we address the underlying issue and prevent recurrence.
